Sweet Darling strawberries are 100% exclusively grown by Larse Farms. We have total control of all horticulture and harvest practices. We grow only "first year planted" strawberries of premium quality. Our consistent horticultural practices enhance the taste, overall appearance and shelf-life of the Sweet Darling berry. Picking and packing is done only by Larse Farms’ employees, with strict harvesting and grading requirements that ensure uniformly colored berries and a finely graded pack. The Sweet Darling cooler is located in the cool coastal town of Castroville, the artichoke capital of the world, where direct control over post-harvest procedure also assures an extended berry shelf-life.
